I get it. I’ve said yes to all those questions above and much more.
Back in 2014, I was excited to start my own business, finally be my own boss and not work in the food & beverage industry for tips. But as I started, I got so overwhelmed.
Sure my coaching & speaking business was fine as a side hustle for a while… $20 a coaching session, $100 a speaking gig but as I decided to commit to it full-time so many things needed to change to actually make it sustainable.
There was marketing and where to put myself out there. And once I do put myself out there, how do I communicate what I do to others and how do I get them to want to hire me?
I literally went door to door knocking on businesses to hire me. I got more NO’s than I could count and I started questioning myself as to why I started my own business in the first place.
Before I knew it my LLC needed to be renewed and my quarterly taxes were ready to be filed again.
There was so much weighing on my shoulders and I struggled to ask for help for the longest time. I felt if I asked for help then I wouldn’t be a good business leader or look as if I didn’t know what I was doing. I though, "I should be able to do and handle all of this, right?"

I get that nothing is a one size fits all. That’s why I make time to do a 60 minute strategy call with you before the group even starts. We’ll deep dive into your business & life and create a strong, clear vision of your road ahead so that you have a gameplan to achieving your goals.

6 GROUP COACHING SESSIONS
You’ll receive 6 group sessions with like-minded game changers.
These groups are small and structured so every person gets ample coaching time on the call.
Calls are once a week for 6 weeks and last 2 hours at a time.

SUPPORT + ACCOUNTABILITY
You’ll be paired up with someone in your group to be your accountability partner during the 6 weeks we’re together. You’ll connect outside of the group and set up specific ways they can help keep you on track to achieving your goal.

On your call with James, you'll the get opportunity to share a little bit about yourself, where you are at and what you'd like help on. Based off your conversation, James may offer you a spot in the Accelerator Program.
You will know on the call if you are selected for the next group. If not selected, James will offer multiple options that will best serve you where you're at.
You'll have the opportunity to get all your questions answered on the interview call with James.

James Silvas is a Peak Performance Coach, Mental Training Specialist and Culture Training Specialist.
He has worked with over 6,000+ people from 8 different countries and has successfully built up his coaching & speaking business from ZERO to six figures by the age of 29.
James is NLP Certified (neuro-linguistics programming), has his Bachelor’s Degree in Science with a Kinesiology emphasis, and has extended research in psychology, leadership, neuroscience, and sociology.
