I'm James Silvas.

I am a Mindset Specialist. I own a six-figure business & brand called 'Be That 1%' and get to do what I love which is helping leaders breakthrough to another level of service, impact and income. I also host a podcast that is now in over 75 countries.  

With the help of my wife, Amanda Silvas, I’ve been able to turn a passion into a sustainable business and create a lifestyle that's in full alignment with who I am.  

I’ve had an entrepreneurial spirit since I was a child creating concerts in my garage, mowing neighbors lawns, and selling candy and snacks at school. My purpose fully crystallized when I was 23 years old after I had publicly declared my dream of becoming a Speaker & Coach to 100 people I used to work with. That was a life changing moment for me because I had finally decided to go 'ALL IN' on my business.  

It was rough... Stressful... Overwhelming... And I was full of fear.  

I experienced the whole spectrum of entrepreneurial emotions. I had no back up plan. No clients. It had to work, so I literally door-knocked businesses and talked to everyone in sight. Within 6 months, I was able to secure a high paying client and I never looked back from there.  

Since 2014, I’ve been able to work with over 7,000+ people from 8 different countries and connecting with brands like NIKE, Caesars Entertainment, MGM, and ADT. Be That 1% has been featured on LV News 3, NBC, The CW & Las Vegas News 8.

MEET YOUR COACH

James Silvas is a Peak Performance Coach & Mindset Specialist  

He has worked with over 6,000+ people from 8 different countries and has successfully built up his coaching & speaking business from ZERO to six figures by the age of 29.  

James is NLP Certified (neuro-linguistics programming), has his Bachelor’s Degree in Science with a Kinesiology emphasis, and has extended research in psychology, leadership, neuroscience, and sociology.  

James combines his research with personal development to help his clients (individuals, teams businesses or organizations) breakthrough to the next level through building the right MINDSET.  

James hosts multiple events, workshops, facilitates coaching programs, and has a podcast, Be That 1%, that's listened to in 70+ countries.  

James has over 13,000+ hours of training in his area of expertise and has worked with leadership teams in well known companies like NIKE, Caesars, MGM, and ADT.
