After being diagnosed with celiac disease at the age of 25, Mary immersed herself in the world of modern American food to learn how what we eat today affects the human body. She quickly realized that all of her allergies and and ailments could be ‘cured’ through the paleo diet. After switching her eating and lifestyle, she noticed the pain she had been living with for 15+ years disappear. She started to share her results, story and dishes/recipes she created for herself and it didn’t take long before people started to reach out. The rest is history.
