Today James connects with owner of Peak Human Performance, Coach Alex White.

Coach Alex White is the CEO and Head Performance Coach at Peak Human Performance in Plain City, Ohio. Here, he and his team work with clients from High School to CEO’s to implement his Three Pillars of Performance coaching model. A model that teaches high performers to prioritize Mindset and Lifestyle Habits above all else to improve their performance outcomes in life, sports, and business.

White, who is also an official Lululemon Ambassador, was born and raised in Columbus, OH. He played college football in the great state of Ohio at Wittenberg University and continued his athletic career playing lacrosse and basketball overseas in Australia in the early 2000s until a career-ending injury forced him to rebuild his life, mind, and body.

Coach Alex’s passion for working with high performers at all levels has led him to coach over 1,000+ high school athletes, 75+ of which have gone on to play at various universities across the country. He works or consults with a roster of professional strength coaches and athletes in the NHL & MLB as well as countless CEO’s, Entrepreneurs and Founders from around the Midwest. His personal experiences span 17+ years across multiple disciplines, and he enjoys helping high performers improve their bodies as well as their minds.

Away from his time working and educating, Coach White is an “elevational” speaker, passionate about working with teams, organizations, and corporations to improve culture and communication to create a championship mindset built for long-term success. He currently resides in Columbus with his amazing wife Amy and their two beautiful daughters.
